This institute embodies the sensual mode of thinking of the artist Inga Gerner Nielsen. It was officially inaugurated during the end-presentations at a.pass platform for artistic research in Bruxelles in September 2021. It persists as a vital mode of existence for the artist, allowing her to be intensely present and absent simultaneously. Recently, it appeared as a red and blue object in The Pool of SB34 in Saint Gilles and as a glazed vase in Vrå Art Hall in Northern Denmark.
