Ozayr Saloojee is faculty in Architecture at Carleton University, cross appointed in African Studies and is currently the Associate Editor of Design for the Journal of Architectural Education. With HiLo/YOW+ (Blair Satterfield, Thena Tak, Piper Bernbaum and Suzy Harris-Brandts), their multimedia project -Post- explored issues of decolonization, storytelling, and who has permission to narrate, and was shortlisted as Canada’s pavilion at the Venice 2023 Architecture Biennale. Ozayr’s research/creative practice focuses on like minded questions and prompts.
