inka°witz – Regula Pöhl & Daniela Villiger / Zündwerk
inka°witz (D) is rooted in many places and cannot decide where to belong. For her, staying is a radical act. Her writing may be young, but her connection and love to words is old. The focus of her work is on the spoken word on stage. From 2014 to 2018, she studied acting at the University of Art in Graz. She works as an actress. She is looking for an open feminist view of the world that leaves gaps and opens up spaces. She plays, writes, teaches, invents, researches, is human, child of a mother, sibling of brothers and sisters, friend, lover, and fighter for utopias. Both in theater and in writing, she sees the opportunity to struggle for tenderness.
ZÜNDWERK: The artists’ collective has been creating actions in public space since 2003. In their works, habits of perception are questioned and spaces for thought and action are opened up, which invite the recipients to interact. The focus is on perception and the formation of an aesthetic awareness. They work at the interface between social systems and art. Continuously they focus on the contemplation of their own collaboration. ZündWerk consists of Regula Pöhl and Daniela Villiger and received a sponsorship award from the Canton of St. Gallen in 2018.
