When not highlining, Dorothea Hamilton (D) holds a phD Human Geography at the Justus Liebig University of Gießen (2021) and since been a transhumant scientist working on short-term contracts at different universities (University of Marburg, University of Hagen and Catholic University in Lima (PUCP). She has 4 kids. Much of her life is about keeping the balance.
