Charlotte Reuß is a researcher and lecturer based at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, working across media theory, visual culture, and art history. Her research moves between digital culture, copyright law, the commodification of online life, questions of accessibility, and feminist theory. In her PhD project, she traces “desire paths”—the ways users bend, subvert, and improvise within platform infrastructures—as a form of ambivalent yet generative agency that exposes and works through the contradictions of late capitalism.
