Amy Ireland is an Australian writer and theorist whose work focuses on gender, technology, and questions of human and machine agency. She is a member of the technomaterialist, transfeminist collective Laboria Cuboniks, whose Xenofeminism: A Politics for Alienation (2018) has been translated into 18 languages. She is the author of Cute Accelerationism (2024) with Maya B. Kronic, and co-editor of Machine Decision Is Not Final: China and the History and Future of Artificial Intelligence (2025). Amy works as editor for the UK Publisher, Urbanomic and Lecturer in Critical Studies, MFA Fine Art at Goldsmiths, University of London.
